Church Bell Tower

Church Bell Tower

Precision demolition of church tower using advanced rigging and sawcutting techniques to safely dismantle the structure between an active church and public street without disruption to worship services or traffic.

This technically demanding project showcased our expertise in controlled demolition within highly constrained urban environments. Our team executed the complete dismantlement of a church tower situated in the challenging space between an active place of worship and a public street—requiring absolute precision to protect both the occupied church building and pedestrian safety.

The project's complexity demanded innovative engineering solutions and meticulous execution. Our crews began by sawcutting the concrete lid and using specialized rigging systems to carefully lower it to ground level. For the vertical tower sections, we employed a sophisticated approach: drilling two strategic core holes in each concrete piece, securing them with engineered rigging systems, then precision sawcutting to safely detach each section while maintaining full control throughout the descent.

This methodical piece-by-piece approach eliminated the risks associated with conventional demolition methods—no falling debris, no structural collapse, and no threat to the adjacent church or public right-of-way. Each lowered section was transported to a designated staging area where our crews could safely break down the material and process it for efficient transport and disposal.
