This project showcased our expertise in historical preservation and complex logistics management. Operating exclusively during non-public hours (6 PM to 8:30 AM), our specialized crews traveled via ferry to Alcatraz Island nightly, working 14-hour shifts to clean the iconic cell blocks without disturbing tourists or daily operations.

The project's unique challenge required meticulous attention to preserving deteriorating lead paint surfaces—our team executed precision cleaning protocols that addressed contamination while maintaining the historical integrity of these sensitive surfaces. This delicate balance of thorough cleaning and preservation work demonstrates our capability to handle high-stakes projects in culturally significant locations where standard demolition and abatement approaches simply won't work.
