As Branch Manager I am responsible for overall management of the Concord branch office including sales, operational and strategic activities.

My name is Alma Lantzy. I am the Accounts Payable and Receivable administrator for Janus Corporation and work out of the Concord office. I am fluent in Spanish, Italian and English. I also assist and coordinate our safety program and handle workers compensation for the company. I am available to answer any questions you might have and I am at extension 208.


Barbara Eaves

Barbara Eaves

I'm Barbara Eaves and I'm in the Sales Department. I assist our estimators by managing leads, getting the bids out on time and helping them with the paperwork to transform a winning bid into a job. I've been with Janus since 1989 so I've done just about everything except "suit up". If you need presubmittals, I'm the one who will prep them for you. Call me on extension 207.


Bernie Stenson

Bernie Stenson

Greetings from Janus Corp. My name is Bernie Stenson and I'm involved with many elements of our business. My main focus is the area of Operations. One of my duties is to drive one of our roll-off trucks, hauling Hazardous Waste and general construction debris. I also handle all the pricing and purchasing of the materials we use in our line of work. Any time we need to rent equipment, I price it out, order it and make sure it gets returned in a timely manner. Another thing I do is maintaining the paperwork, inspection and repair of our trucks, in compliance with the Department of Transportation. I enjoy the fact that I am not tied down to any one task, although, at times, it does get hectic.


Craig Uhle

My name is Craig Uhle. I am a Vice President of Janus Corporation and work out of the Concord office. I am the supervisor of operations in the Concord office and oversee policy and procedures in the Norco and Vista office. My responsibilities are to schedule and supervise the foreman and warehouse personnel who perform the work.

David Rafal

I scan documents onto the server for easy retrieval by others. I help out the staff by performing miscellaneous clerical duties. I also answer the telephone, shred purged documents, and open, stamp, and deliver the daily mail, as well as sign for packages. I have been with Janus since 2005.

My name is Joe Young. I am a senior estimator in the Concord office. I have been with Janus since 1991. I can be reached at extension 206.







John Parker

John Parker

I'm John Parker and I have been with Janus since 1999. My "official title" is Senior Estimator (I gave myself the title). I spend the majority of my time doing take offs on public work projects. We use a digital take off program that lets us download the projects direct from the plan rooms or we can scan the drawings in ourselves. This approach lets us give you a detailed summary with our proposals. So when you see a Take Off Tab with one of our bids - it probably came from me.


Mike Ely

My name is Mike Ely. I am the President of Janus Corporation and work out of the Concord office. I founded the company in 1989. My responsibilities are more strategic than operational but I am available to answer any questions you might have and I am at extension 215.





Paul Chelstowski

Paul Chelstowski

My name is Paul Chelstowski. I am Vice President and work in Sales and Marketing; my main duties have not changed much since 1989 when Janus Corporation first opened its doors for business. I primarily provide price esitmates and project management for my successful bids. Additional dutes include reviewing most of the bids produced by the other Janus estimators, opening new business opportunities and training new sales personnel.



Sandra Kopec

Sandra Kopec

I'm Sandra Kopec and I am the Accounts Receivable and Contracts Administrator. As Contracts Administrator I process contracts, change orders, insurance and certified payroll for the Concord Branch. As A/R Administrator, I handle all invoicing and collections for the Concord projects. I can be reached at extension 209.



Sandy Daniels

My name is Sandi Daniels. I am the Accounting and Administrative Supervisor for Janus Corporation and work out of the Concord office. I have been with the company since 1990. I am available to answer any questions you might have and I am at extension 203.




Rob Edwall

Rob Edwall

As an estimator at Janus I am responsible for bidding and project management duties as well as business development.
