Janus Corporation Staff
Hello, my name is Chad Chandler and I do sales and estimating for Janus Corporation's Norco Branch office. If I had any friends they would tell me that I get paid to socialize and guess. In my past life I estimated for a hard demolition company, but it was Janus Corporation that turned me onto the softer side of things. I started with Janus Corporation in 2006.
As the Norco Operations Manager I am responsible for the daily management of projects, scheduling, warehouse personnel, coordination, deliveries and field personnel. I oversee the projects from start to finish. I have been working with Janus Corporation since 2005.
I have 17 years experience in Management and Accounting. I joined the Janus Family in October of 2003. I manage the day-to-day activities of administration and accounting for Norco. I also take care of prequalification submittals, insurance, contracts and workmens' compensation. I am here to answer any questions you might have.
Greetings from the Los Angeles Regional Office. With 22 years of industry experience my responsibilities encompass the overall management of Janus Corporation's success in the L.A., Riverside, Orange, Ventura and San Bernardino county areas. In addition, daily responsibilities also include sales, marketing, project estimation and senior management.
Hi, my name is Sergio. I'm the guy responsible for getting the material and equipment to and from the jobsites. As a licensed hazardous waste driver, I'm also the person responsible for picking up generated site waste either by cube van or 40-yard containers for the larger sites. Serving the Los Angeles region, I have proudly accepted the honorary position of the designated traffic sitter. I have been a member of the Janus team since 1998.
Hi, my name is Vicky Thompson. I am the Administrative Assistant here at our Norco Branch office. My duties include just about everything from answering the phones to payroll entry; project document preparation; closure reports; and numerous other duties. I guess you could say I am the Gal Friday around here. I have had the pleasure of working at Janus Corporation since 2005.
My name is Ted Straub and I have been with Janus Corporation for two years working in various capacities. And now, I am glad to say, I am working in the Sales & Estimating Department. I am also considered the "computer guy" around here due to my background in the technical industry. If I am not in the office working on a project or reading plans, I can usually be found traveling throughout Southern California attending job walks and establishing new business relationships. My name is Maria Fuentes-Chavez. I have been with Janus Corporation since October of 2008. My duties vary from assisting Kori and Vicky to creating job books, preparing employment applications for processing, helping with the daily job staffing, translating, preparing outgoing mail, answering the phone and anything in between.
My name is Gordon Ladd. I do estimating and sales for Norco which covers the greater Los Angeles area. I like to estimate demolition as well as abatement as they seem to go hand-in-hand. I am originally from Seattle and have been in Southern California for the last seven years enjoying the weather. Previously I worked for a large demolition company in Seattle as an estimator and project manager. | ||||
